How do I create a family?

After signing up as a parent, tap "Create Family" and give your family a name. You can then add kids by sharing a 6-digit invite code with them.

How does my child join?

Download ChoreBank on your child's device, select "I'm a Kid", and enter the 6-digit code from your parent dashboard. They'll create their own profile with a fun avatar.

How do wallet balances work?

Wallet balances are a tracking tool for allowances — they show how much your child has earned from completed chores. Parents can top up the family wallet via Stripe to fund payouts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Family Pro subscription anytime through Google Play Store > Subscriptions, or through the App Store > Subscriptions on your device. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@chorebank.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. We take children's privacy seriously. All data is encrypted, children's accounts are managed by parents, and we never share children's data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
